Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend popular items, and upsell to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cashing out guests accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or other cashiering tools; process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Experience Previous restaurant experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management Culinary experience or understanding of food preparation enhances guest interactions Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables during busy hours Proven ability in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or hospitality sector Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive on creating memorable guest experiences, and want to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence!
