The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Maintain an organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment. Process orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Requirements Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or similar software. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary certifications related to alcohol service.
