Duties Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS , ensuring quick and correct transactions. Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining or nightlife experience, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills, tips, and payments. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas during shifts, including bartending duties like mixing drinks, pouring beverages.. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service. Proven ability to excel in customer service roles by engaging positively with diverse guests. Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
