Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests, whether they're enjoying a casual night out, celebrating a special occasion, or attending a lively nightclub event. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety and quality standards. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently. Use effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service. Upsell menu items to boost sales opportunities while providing detailed product knowledge to guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours or special events like banquets or private parties. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is advantageous for order processing and sales tracking. Experience in service enhances your ability to handle large groups efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate transaction processing are required.
