Bartender Fox Hills Golf & Banquet Center - 4.3 Plymouth, MI Job Details Part-time $15 - $45 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description We are seeking an outgoing and service-oriented Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests while preparing and serving beverages in a professional and efficient manner. The Bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering a high-quality hospitality experience. This role works closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure excellent service standards are consistently maintained. Essential Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, equipment, and supplies Verify guest age requirements and follow all alcohol service regulations and company policies Accurately process orders and handle cash and point-of-sale transactions Restock bar supplies, glassware, garnishes, and beverages as needed Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, specials, and club offerings Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of basic cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and beverage service Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and safely transport bar supplies and glassware
