Full Job Description Responsibilities:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a entertainment, restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food service operations and procedures
