Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS Toast for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and promoting a safe environment. Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently to keep the bar fully stocked during busy hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events like banquets or catering functions, demonstrating strong time management skills. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math and basic math skills. Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills to engage diverse clientele. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Experience serving in high-volume environments requiring quick thinking and effective time management. Additional experience in brewing or hospitality roles related to food service or catering will be considered a plus.
