Job Description
We are a very high volume establishment looking for experienced bartenders only, a minimum two years experience is required. Must be able to handle high volume bar and food service. Basic cocktail knowledge required. Hourly wage plus tips. Job duties Knowledge of products we carry (beer, liquor, wine, mixers, etc..) Knowledge of POS systems TAM certification Insuring proper pours for all drinks Handling monetary transactions (open, maintain, close tabs) Make suggestions based on tastes and preferences of patrons Maintain a clean bar throughout the shift Restock beer, liquor, wine and change kegs as needed Answer phones (takeout, customer issues, check wait times)
