Job Description
PLEASE NOTE
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive guest relations
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed
- Bus tables and keep the bar area clean and organized
- Provide information and answer questions about menu items and specials
- Follow all safety and health guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of bar equipment, techniques, and terminology is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)
