Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about drinks or menu items, and create a welcoming environment. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to alcohol service regulations. Assist in setting up the bar for busy nights, including stocking supplies and preparing garnishes. Skills Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts seamlessly. Excellent customer service skills to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments preferred. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Familiarity with the food industry, catering, brewing processes, or hospitality settings is a plus.
