Duties Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails and mocktails with precision and ensure consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. Manage Toast POS system for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for accurate change. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Requirements 2 years experience as a bartender or in food service within a restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining setting. Strong knowledge of POS systems; familiarity with cash handling and retail math is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Basic math skills for sales transactions, retail math calculations, and cash handling accuracy.
