Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Server/Bartender to join our team at Cento Wood-Fire Pizzeria and Cafe. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a bar and restaurant.
Server Responsibilities:
  • Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and deliver good customer service
  • Table management
  • Set and clean tables
  • Take payments for food and beverages.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
Bartender Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages bases on customer requests and recipes.
  • Check IDs and make sure every customer purchasing an alcoholic drink is over 21.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff, including cleaning glasses, utensils and bar equipment.
  • Maintain bar inventory and supplies
  • Work with the servers to help serve their tables as needed.
  • Take payments for food and beverages.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Take orders and deliver great customer service.
Requirements:
  • Past serving or bartending experience
REQUIRED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to bartend or serve alcohol.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
