POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Bartender who will provide exceptional service by preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to creating memorable guest experiences, supporting smooth bar operations, and upholding the company's service standards. H8 RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic responsibly drinks for guests Take orders, serve food and drinks responsibly to guests Process transactions using a POS system Comply with all food and drink regulations Complete side work duties as assigned Stock the bar to par levels Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to guest concerns Strong communication skills Ability to work as a member of a team

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask various projects and events High energy and outgoing personality Extremely organized and detail oriented Availability at least one day out of the weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

COMPENSATION

Experience needed | 1-2 years preferred Must be 18-years old or older Able to work a flexible schedule Free bowling, duckpin, arcade play, and axe throwing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs Must be able to stand for 4-8 hours at a time Must be comfortable in an occasionally loud atmosphere Must be able to be exposed to occasional bright and flashing lights Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs
