Bartender - Minnesota Fishing Resort Join our welcoming team at a scenic Minnesota fishing resort, where hospitality and outdoor adventure come together to create memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a friendly, professional bartender who enjoys working in a lively, outdoor environment and providing exceptional service to visitors from around the country.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with resort standards Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall guest satisfactionSkills and Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in a hospitality or outdoor setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of drink recipes and proper mixing techniques Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Must be of legal drinking age and possess relevant certifications if required by state law Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Our resort offers a vibrant, outdoor-focused work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
