Job Description
We are adding an experienced server/bartender to our team. Candidates will be friendly, enthusiastic, hard working, team orientated and dependable. This is a fun, fast paced hospitality environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in food and beverage service. Must be available weekends and evenings. No late nights. Compensation is MN minimum wage plus gratuities. With gratuities our servers average $25-$30 hour. Responsibilities Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take and process food and drink orders accurately using a POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations and bar. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards while handling food and beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Assist in bartending duties as needed, providing excellent customer service at the bar. Responsibly selling pull tabs and handling cash with accuracy. Requirements Ability to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines and ability to work flexible hours The position requires the ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally. This position requires the ability to stand, walk (6-7 hours at a time), and climb stairs, reach & bend. The position may require the service of alcohol so therefore the position requires the employee to be 18 years of age or older.
