Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware and equipment. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items and drink specials. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Adhere to all safety and health regulations in the food industry. Ability to wait on tables and provide an excellent guest experience. Skills Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology. Experience in the food industry, with an understanding of food preparation processes. Excellent guest services skills with a focus on guest relations. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.
