Bartender Trailside Tavern & Patio is seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area Check guest identification and comply with all Minnesota alcohol service laws Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest tabs accurately Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests both at the bar and throughout the restaurant Qualifications Previous bartending or serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 30 pounds Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Must meet all Minnesota alcohol service requirements What We Offer Competitive wages Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Fun, fast-paced work environment Apply Today!
