This position is for someone who's comfortable taking ownership of the bar during shifts, keeping things organized, and maintaining a consistent standard across the board. You'll work closely with ownership and our beverage director to support the cocktail program, assist with menu updates, and help keep day-to-day operations dialed in. You'll be on the floor regularly, with added involvement in how the bar functions and evolves.

Responsibilities:

Run the bar during service and help keep shifts moving smoothly Execute cocktails with consistency and ensure specs are followed across the team Oversee daily bar setup and closing to maintain clean, organized workspaces Assist with seasonal menu updates, recipe adjustments, and prep systems Support inventory tracking, ordering, and product organization Help train and support bartenders on technique, specs, and service expectations Identify areas for improvement and help refine workflow and systems Maintain strong awareness of the guest experience at all times

Qualifications:

Prior bartending experience required; craft cocktail experience preferred Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution Comfortable taking initiative and helping guide the flow of service Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities Interest in cocktails, spirits, and continued learning Able to work evenings and weekends This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and wants to be part of a fun, tight-knit team.
