• Part-time Bald Man Brewing Company is looking for an experienced, energetic Beertender to join our Taproom team.

We pride ourselves on creating a fun, welcoming environment where guests can enjoy quality craft beer, events, and live music.

Part-time:

8-24 hours/week (1-3 shifts) Additional opportunities: off-site events and tastings Weekend availability required — Sundays are a MUST Closing shifts start at 4 PM Key Responsibilities Open and/or close the taproom Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming guest experience Pour beer and beverages accurately; educate guests on our beer and brand story Verify IDs for guests appearing under 40 Cook and serve frozen pizzas Maintain cleanliness of the taproom, bar, and service areas Stock products, monitor inventory, and assist with weekly cleaning duties Support beertenders during service and ensure smooth taproom operations Act as the on-site manager in the Taproom Manager's absence, handling guest concerns, complaints, and problem-solving as needed Monitor staffing needs and determine when to cut staff appropriately Oversee and assist with private events and special requests Train and support new team members End-of-night duties including counting drawers, preparing deposits, and preparing daily tips Qualifications Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer (industry knowledge preferred) Previous bartending/service industry experience required (fast-paced environment preferred) Supervisory experience (training/hiring experience a plus) Knowledge of keg systems and draft beer operations Comfortable working independently and leading a team Strong communication skills and ability to relay concerns to management Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools (Google Docs/Calendar) Reliable transportation Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50-55 lbs Requirements Must be 18+ (MN alcohol service law) Must be available weekends — Sundays required How to Apply Please send a resume and cover letter to be considered.
