As a Bartender at The Tavern Grill, you'll be the heart of our beverage service, crafting an array of drinks from classic cocktails to innovative creations. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, and providing friendly and efficient service. Responsibilities Check identification to verify legal drinking age Craft a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails and original creations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Adhere to health and safety standards in beverage preparation. Provide friendly, efficient service to guests. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience. Manage inventory and restock bar supplies. Process guest payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Collaborate with other staff members for seamless service delivery. Stay updated on current trends in beverages and mixology.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Dedication to delivering exceptional guest service Ability to thrive in a teamwork-focused environment Flexible schedule availability (minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends) Previous bartending experience is required Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
