The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Understanding of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
