Hours :

Variable, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Customer Service Check ID's as appropriate. Monitor alcohol consumption and notify manager as needed. Set-up and stock bar at beginning of shift and as needed. Inspect bar areas at end of shift to ensure everything is returned to its proper area and all areas are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next shift. Responsible for handling cash. Readily assist co-workers as needed including assisting with clearing, serving, resetting tables or stocking. Other duties as assigned or apparent. Sales Up-sell food and drink specials. Promote all upcoming events throughout the club. Operations and Compliance Communicate any special food orders to kitchen staff and ensure orders are prepared to the guests expectations. Verify ages of customers who order alcohol. Monitor alcohol consumption. Attend all new menu tastings and department meetings. Ensure all areas are kept clean and in compliance with state and federal health department rules and regulations. Physical Requirements While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, use hands and fingers, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
