Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food service industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality will be essential in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage inventory by ordering supplies as needed and keeping track of stock levels. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a nightclub or restaurant setting, is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of brewing techniques and various drink recipes is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to interact with guests effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment. Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
