Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light meals in catering or banquet environments Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times Follow all food handling procedures and alcohol serving regulations to ensure compliance with health standards Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and payment processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol serving practices Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or catering events Familiarity with brewing processes or food industry standards is advantageous Strong communication skills combined with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us as a Bartender and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
