Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently and handle cash or card transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times. Restock bar supplies and ingredients promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Exceptional customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres and foster repeat patronage. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in licensed venues such as nightclubs or bars; brewing knowledge is a plus.
