Your expertise in food and drink presentation, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help foster a welcoming atmosphere in both our fine dining and nightlife settings. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and food handling procedures Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food during banquets, catering events, or nightclub service Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during late-night or nightclub hours Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation, POS systems, and customer service expectations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality standards Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service laws Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales reconciliation Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus for special events hosting Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting adds value to your skill set This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments where hospitality meets entertainment.
