Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe knowledge Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Develop creative beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and cater to guest preferences Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving meals, refilling orders, and supporting banquet or catering events Qualifications Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
