Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including handling cash, credit cards, and tabs Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste through effective stock rotation Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills and beverage recipe development Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, mixology techniques, and food safety practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Previous restaurant or fine dining experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality standards Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
