Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using various POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure quick and accurate orders Assist in food preparation, serving, and presentation to support the kitchen staff during busy service periods Manage cash handling and cashier duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up stations, serving guests, and ensuring smooth operation Manage time effectively during shifts to prioritize tasks, restock supplies, and ensure efficient service delivery Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and sales tracking Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or catering environments is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and retail math for accurate cash handling Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in fast-paced environments Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with effective time management skills Prior experience with brewing or hospitality roles demonstrates adaptability within diverse food service settings This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively environment where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine.
