Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and stock supplies Manage cash handling, POS transactions (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing with accuracy Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with food safety and liquor laws Restock bar inventory regularly, track sales, and assist with inventory counts using retail math skills Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy Experience working in the food industry, including catering or banquet settings is a plus Demonstrated ability to work night shifts in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or restaurants Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to collaborate effectively with colleagues Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
