Bartender

We're looking for experienced bartenders that share our conviction for exceptional food, beverages and service and to help build one of the finest lifestyle destinations throughout the Lake of the Ozarks and central and southern Missouri region. Pebble Bay Club Grill is a semi-private club with a casual dining restaurant on a waterfront resort on the 12 MM of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks (next to Old Kinderhook golf resort). Pebble Bay Club also includes a boutique hotel, vacation rentals, marina, pebble beach, swimming pool, putting green, sport courts, firepits, boardwalk around the cove and more. Key responsibilities include mixing drinks, taking orders, checking IDs, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations while offering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities & Duties •

Drink Preparation:

Mix drinks, cocktails, and other beverages according to recipes, including preparing garnishes. •

Customer Service:

Greet customers, provide recommendations, and build rapport to create a positive experience. •

Bar Maintenance:

Clean glasses, utensils, and surfaces to maintain a clean and organized workspace. •

Inventory Management:

Stock, replenish, and manage inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers. •

Compliance:

Check identification to verify legal age and monitor for intoxicated patrons, adhering to safety regulations. •

Cash Handling:

Process payments using POS systems and manage bar tabs Required Skills & Qualifications •

Experience:

Previous experience as a bartender reqired •

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft beer. •

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items like kegs. •

Skills:

Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills •

Pay:

$8.50 per hour plus tips
