system ensuring timely delivery Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food service duties during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly Uphold all food handling regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff Manage time effectively during shifts to balance multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining high-quality service Support nightclub or event-based operations by adapting quickly to different crowd dynamics Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that promotes guest satisfaction Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event shifts as needed Join us in creating lively experiences where hospitality meets excitement!
