System Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and promote specials to boost sales. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders to prevent shortages during busy shifts. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety. Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or food service environments; banquet experience is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as TOAST; previous cashiering or retail math experience is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques and customer service excellence to enhance guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management. Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with brewing or catering services is beneficial.
