Fine Dining Experienced Bartender:
801 Fish St. Louis is hiring for Experienced Bartenders ! This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position working in a team-oriented, high-volume / fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink. The position has the potential to become full-time, based on operational needs.
Requirements & Expectations:
Minimum of 4 years, but preferably at least 5 years of bartending experience in a high-end, fine dining establishment. Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required. Must be at least 21 years old. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and wine. Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things. Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-paced / high-stress environment. Must be available to work any day of the week, including evenings and some holidays. Weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) are required. Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
