Key Responsibilities Guest Service:
Create a welcoming environment for guests, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience.Bar Operations:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.Team Leadership:
Collaborate with front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.Inventory Management:
Assist in managing bar stock, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.Cleansing and Maintenance:
Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
