Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling and cashiering skills. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization to ensure timely service. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility within various hospitality settings. Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Qualifications 21+ Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math or restaurant math principles. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or catering environments is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
