Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Servers / Bartenders to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for delivering excellent table service to dining guests while also crafting quality cocktails, pouring draft beers, and serving wine at the bar. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, present menus, and answer questions about food, wine, and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, inputting them into the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and house recipes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
  • Serve meals promptly, check back to ensure guest satisfaction, and manage table maintenance (bussing, clearing, refilling drinks).
  • Process cash and card payments accurately, closing out tabs and running end-of-shift reports.
  • Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duty checklists (prep work, restock, deep cleaning).
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience:
    Minimum [1-2] years of experience in high-volume serving and/or bartending.
Certifications:
Food Handler/Health Card (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours) and lift/carry trays, wine cases or kegs weighing up to [30-50 lbs]. We are known and appreciated for our large outdoor patio area.
Availability:
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
