About the Role We are looking for a Bartender who understands that the bar is more than a service station. It is a key part of the guest experience. This role is responsible for delivering consistent, quality beverages while creating an engaging, professional, and welcoming environment for every guest. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, efficient, and committed to hospitality at a high level. What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service
• Provide attentive, professional, and engaging guest interaction
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless experience
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, cocktails, and bar offerings
• Set up, maintain, and break down the bar area before, during, and after service
• Accurately enter orders and manage tabs/POS transactions
• Monitor and maintain bar inventory; communicate low stock items
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all bars and service areas
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Support team members and contribute to a strong service environment What We're Looking For
• 1+ year bartending experience (full-service restaurant preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional presence and guest first mindset Requirements
• Must be 21+
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
