Responsibilities Prepare a variety of snacks and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, upselling menu items, and answering questions about products Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, making change, and balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep area, dining space, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Restock supplies regularly to ensure the snack bar is fully stocked and organized throughout the day Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting overall restaurant operations to ensure a fast-paced environment runs smoothly Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Understanding of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Experience in retail math or grocery store operations is beneficial for managing inventory and sales reconciliation Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels positive guest experiences!
