In this dynamic role, you'll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food handling, beverage preparation, and customer service will drive the lively atmosphere of our establishment. Whether working at the bar or in the dining area, you'll be an essential part of delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks promptly with a positive attitude. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks using proper techniques. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked efficiently. Handle POS transactions accurately using systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and credit card processing. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and creating a welcoming environment. Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness throughout service areas. Assist with banquet or catering events when required, supporting large parties or special occasions with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining setting. Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management accurately. Previous banquet experience or retail math knowledge is advantageous; hospitality background preferred.
