Job Description

Job Summary:
As a bartender, this position is responsible for providing high quality, friendly, attentive and timely service to all of our members and their guests during every service. The objective of our bartenders is to deliver the highest quality food and beverage in the most accurate and efficient manner, maximizing customer satisfaction. Duties (not limited to): Greet members as they enter the bar preferably by name Take the time to get to know the member's name, number, and establish rapport Take orders from guests in a timely and accurate manner Ensures all orders are entered into the POS quickly and accurately Prepare and serve all cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages in a manner consistent with Millwood's recipes Ensure excellent execution Suggest wine, beers, cocktails, and recommendations on food Wash, sanitize and polish glassware Maintain a tidy, clean, and organized bar Clean throughout your shift Serve members and guests with a smiling, friendly, and approachable demeanor Develop a deeper understanding of beer, wine, and cocktails
Requirements:
At least one year of bartending experience Must have flexible availability Must have a base knowledge on cocktails, wine and beer Must have a positive, ready-to-work attitude
