Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their selections. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash management procedures. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and customer preferences to enhance service quality. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with restaurant operations, banquet service, or retail math is advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for managing orders and handling cash transactions effectively.
