Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a blend of creativity, efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to enhance the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Familiarity with retail math for managing cash transactions effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for those interested in craft beverages or specialty drinks.
