Join Our Team as a Bartender at Stonewater Cove Resort! Our Stonewater Cove Resort, a luxurious 38-unit property on Table Rock Lake in the breathtaking hills of the Missouri Ozarks! Our property is located on nearly 500 acres of hills, forest and lakefront. It is the perfect location for outdoor adventures with zip-lines, ATV trails, fishing, and boating available. You'll be working alongside approximately 60 fellow Team Members who are dedicated to providing memorable vacation experiences to our Owners and Guests- we can't wait for you to join us! - Numerous learning and growth opportunities What will I be doing? As a Bartender, you will play a key role in driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Proficiency in mixed liquors, ales, sodas, waters, sugars, and other prepared beverages.
- Serve cold beverages such as wine, beer, and sodas, and collect payments for beverages and food served in the lounge area.
- Prepare the bar area with necessary supplies like ice, sliced and pitted fruit for garnishing drinks, etc. Full knowledge of Micros and end-of-shift reports.
- Arrange bottle goods and glasses to create an attractive display, ensuring all bottles are placed according to specifications.
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to meet health standards. What will I bring?
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent experience.Experience:
1+ years of cashiering/cash handling experience. Previous bartender experience is preferred.Skills:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Age Requirement:
Minimum 21 years of age.- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a clean, presentable appearance and adhere to the company dress code.
