We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the hospitality industry or gain experience in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies Replenish drinkware, ice, and garnishes as needed Help with inventory management and restocking items Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the bar Assist with cleaning up after events and nightly closing duties Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with guestsQualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysBenefits:
