Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely service to enhance guest satisfaction Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety and quality standards Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell menu items and drink specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all FOH areas, including bar stations, tables, and service stations Assist with food running, bussing tables, and resetting dining areas to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong foundation in customer relations and hospitality Extensive cocktail experience with knowledge of spirits, wine, and beverage presentation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and sales processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously while maintaining high service standards Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and increase revenue opportunities Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and positive guest interactions Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
