The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your ability to engage with customers and enhance their experience is essential to our establishment's success. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system, processing payments efficiently. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and seasonal specials. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while promoting responsible alcohol consumption. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred; familiarity with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation techniques, and bar equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly manner. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
