Main Responsibilities:
Greeting, seating, and escorting guests Providing menu recommendations and additional information Upselling additional products when appropriate Taking orders using software, order slips, or by memorization Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion Communicating order details to the kitchen staff Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware Providing exceptional customer experience
Job Requirements:
Prior experience as a waiter/waitress Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to handle money transactions responsibly Ability to multitask and act quickly Flexibility to work in shifts High school diploma or equivalent
