Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and personable Bartender to join our crew! In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and hospitality industry standards will contribute to a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience from order to departure Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste through efficient stock rotation Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to support food service operations during busy periods. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills and beverage recipe development Knowledge of POS systems processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits and craft beer trends Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management and organization skills Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures is highly desirable We're committed to supporting your growth in the hospitality industry while providing a lively work environment that celebrates your talents.
