About the Role Must be at least 21 years old. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Golf Simulator Bartender / Bay Host to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll create an exceptional guest experience by delivering hospitality both behind the bar and inside our simulator bays. You'll help guests get set up with their golf session, serve beverages and light food, maintain a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and ensure smooth, safe gameplay. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Bay Hosting Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive. Guide guests through simulator setup, game selection, and basic operation. Provide tips and support to ensure smooth gameplay (no golf expertise required—training provided). Regularly check on bays to ensure guests have everything they need. Maintain an upbeat, engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Bartending & Service Serve alcoholic (canned beverages only, no spirits) and non-alcoholic beverages . Take and deliver drink orders in a timely manner. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all responsible-service guidelines. Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean throughout the shift. Safety, Cleanliness & Facility Care Reset and clean bays between groups; ensure equipment is functioning and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness of bar, seating areas, and simulator spaces. Follow safety protocols for equipment use and guest interaction. Report equipment issues or guest incidents to management promptly. Teamwork & Operations Collaborate with team members for smooth service flow. Help with opening, closing, and shift-change duties. Uphold venue standards for guest service, cleanliness, and brand quality. Qualifications Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred. Customer-service mindset with a friendly, upbeat personality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfort learning new technology and explaining basic simulator functions to guests.
